Application

BZn15-20

Copper nickel alloy, beautiful silver white, commonly known as German silver, this alloy has high strength and corrosion resistance, good plasticity, can bear pressure processing in hot and cold state, poor machinability, poor weldability, elasticity is better than QSN6.5-0.1.

Instrument parts and medical instruments, industrial utensils, works of art, telecommunication tool parts, steam fittings and watercourse fittings, daily necessities and spring pipes and reeds for working in wet conditions and strongly corrosive media.

BZn15-21-1.8 BZn15-24-1.5

It is a zinc-white structure alloy with lead, similar to BZn15-20, but it has better machinability and can only be pressed under cold conditions.

Used for making fine parts in watch industry.

BAl13-3

Copper nickel alloy, can be heat treatment. It has the highest strength among other white copper. it's also has high elasticity and corrosion resistance. Mechanical properties improves during low temperature (90K).

Making high strength corrosion resistant parts.

BAl6-1.5

Copper nickel alloy, can be heat treatment. It has high strength and good elasticity.

BMn3-12

Electrical copper-nickel alloy, commonly known as manganese-copper, which is characterized by high resistivity and low temperature coefficient of resistance, high long-term stability of resistance, and small electrical conductivity to copper.

Widely used in the manufacture of resistance instruments and precision electrical measuring instruments whose working temperature is below 100 ºC.

BMn40-1.5

Electrical copper-nickel alloy, commonly known as constantan, with high resistivity and high thermal electromotive force that hardly changes with temperature, good heat resistance and corrosion resistance, and high mechanical properties and deformation ability.

A good material for making thermocouples (below 900°C), heaters (resistance wires of electric furnaces) and varistors operating at temperatures below 500°C.

BMn43-0.5

Electrical copper-nickel alloy, commonly known as copper, which is characterized by the largest thermoelectromotive force among electrical copper-nickel alloys, high resistivity and very low temperature coefficient of resistance, heat resistance and corrosion resistance. Also better than BMn401.5 with high mechanical properties and deformability

In high temperature measurement, copper test is widely used as the negative electrode of compensating conductive and thermocouple,as well as electrothermal instrument whose working temperature does not exceed 600ºC.

BFe10-1-1

Compared with BFe30-1-1, its strength and hardness are lower, but its plasticity is higher and its corrosion resistance is similar.

Mainly used in the shipbuilding industry to replace BFe30-1-1 to make condensers and other anti-corrosion parts.

BFe30-1-1

It is a structural copper-nickel alloy with good mechanical properties and high corrosion resistance in sea water, fresh water andsteam, but poor machinability

Tubing for condensers and thermostats operating at high temperature, high pressure and high speed in marine shipbuilding.

B0.6

Electrical copper-nickel alloy, and its characteristic is that the thermoelectric potential is small. The maximum working temperature is 100ºC.

Short lead wires for making special thermocouples (platinum-platinum-rhodium hot-spot couples).

B5

For structural cupronickel, its strength and corrosion resistance are higher than copper, and there is no tendency to corrode and crack.

For ship corrosion resistant parts.

B19

It is a structural copper-nickel alloy with high corrosion resistance and good mechanical properties. It has good pressure workability in hot and cold states, and can maintain high strength and plasticity at high and low temperatures.

Precision instrument parts, metal meshes and chemical-resistant chemical machinery parts for work in neat, fresh and sea water, aswell as medical appliances, coins.

B25

It is a structural copper-nickel alloy with high mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. It has good pressure workability in hot and cold states. Because of its high nickel content, its mechanical properties and corrosion resistance are higher than B5 and B19.

Corrosion-resistant parts for working in steam, seawater, and metal pipes and condenser pipes that work under high temperature and high pressure, etc.
